Angove Street Collective is a local ‘bricks and mortar’ retail store. We guarantee honest, friendly and efficient personal service, and the best possible price that our businesses can support. Timber product guarantee
Angove Street Collective imports many timber products from overseas. We do our best to ensure our products are either recycled, aged timber or kiln dried to minimise timber movement. However, as a natural product, timber will move. Some opening of the grain is considered a natural part of the product and not a fault.
If this develops into a structural issue, you are covered with our 2 year repair, replace or refund policy. And of course, you are always covered by Australian Consumer law on everything we sell.
All timber products are for indoor use unless specifically stated otherwise.Repair, Replace or Refund?
All purchases from Angove Street Collective are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Angove Street Collective is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• does’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase.
Online Terms & Conditions
Delivery and Product Lead times
Delivery direct to your door can take as little as 1-week or, in the case of some bulky goods, as long as 16-weeks depending on third party manufacturing and shipping times. Order confirmation is sent immediately upon order placement and you will be further advised within 2-business days on an estimated time of despatch via email.
As a guide, here are the general lead times for custom ordering stock held in Australia:
Elk Womenswear – 1 week
Wall Art Canvas – 2 weeks
Wall Art framed – 8 weeks
Furniture – 2 weeks
Home furnishings – 2 weeks
Floor rugs – 2 weeks
Floor rugs custom made – 12-16 weeks
Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods within the time-frame you may have been advised at the time of purchase, product lead times are an estimate only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend you contact us if you are in any way concerned about product lead times.Online payment with Stripe & PayPal.
All credit card transactions are processed through state of the art technology using either the PayPal credit card gateway or Stripe.

Cancellation of Online Orders
In stock items normally ship within 2 – 7 business days after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card your card will be charged at the time of transaction.
We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped.
Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods to Angove Street Collective for a refund. However, you will be responsible for ALL shipping & insurance costs to us.Return of Online Purchases
- Your payment must have been received.
- The returned item must be in our possession within 14 days of the date you received it.
- Shipping, handling charges and insurance cost are non refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected.
- Customers must request a return authorisation prior to returning. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
- Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refunds for excessive returns by a customer.
- Once we receive the returned products we will issue your refund within 5 business days
- Customised items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
- All items must be opened and checked by the customer within 24hours of receipt otherwise we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you. We are available to take your call Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm WST, (12pm-7pm EST.)
